They believe their merge feature is adequate. It's definitely not when we have to ask for a feature like this. If they merged potential duplicates from the get-go, it would never get this bad. I have so many duplicates every single morning to filter through, and their levels of sensitivity isn't enough. Someone who actually uses this crm should design this. - The fact that you need a "Merge Team" is all the proof of that.
