I'm looking for a tool or filter in the CRM that identifies customers who have submitted duplicate leads over time, especially those whose original lead was in a prior month but have recently re-engaged.
These leads often don’t show under “This Month” since they’re tied to the original submission date. I want to ensure they’re treated as fresh leads, if they show ongoing interest.
Filtering Options:
Filter or tag by “duplicate lead within Custom date range”

PLeaase, we need to know when a customer send another lead without having to rely on our partners to notify us. Also to be able to find them after, like there is a filter for "last visited", we could have a "last lead submitted" for example.
