For customers that have multiple emails on account having a drop down to select alternate emails on file when using desktop platform to email. Currently have to remove the email that the account defaults to and type in the customer alternate email.

In most cases it is a matter of husband and wife having both emails on same account and need to switch between the 2.

Can you provide more context on how often you need to switch between different emails for a single customer?
Are there specific scenarios where you find the need to use alternate emails more frequently?
Would you find it useful to have a feature that remembers your last used email for each customer?

I would also like to see a checkbox next to email addresses and phone numbers to select the primary one for each. When you merge leads, it doesn't default to the most recent email address used.
