Shelby Parker I'd like to be able to see internet and phone source specific scores. I would use them weekly to monitor internet and phone lead engagement. Specifically, I am looking to create "engagement" and "appointment" scores that tally up things like logged outbound calls, text, emails and videos, 2 way contact, appointments set, appointments confirmed and visits from those specific lead sources. These will help us make sure leads are being handled properly and where training opportunities are
