I think this would be super helpful.

Vinsolutions stores a photo of the drivers license. When you hover the mouse over the customers name the DL picture shows up to cross reference. I agree this would be a GREAT addition! Vinsolutions has always had this ability.

To make sure we’re scoping this the right way, can you share a bit more about (1) when you’re typically trying to reference the saved driver’s license (follow-ups, check-in/verification, etc.), (2) who at the dealership should be able to view it (everyone vs. specific roles/teams, and whether it needs to work across locations/customer records), and (3) whether you need to store an actual image/scan of the license or if capturing key fields (name, address, DOB, etc.) would cover the use case?
