It would be great to have the ability to create customized categories for our documents. (Either the DriveCentric account manager or a super-user). Being able to categorize forms by Model Year (New 2025, New 2026, etc.) Generic, F&I, etc., would make looking for a specific document quicker and easier. The current categories (see image) are not enough. We're making it work, but it's not great.

Hello Chandler Bainter! I have a few more questions for you:
- What specific categories would you like to add beyond Model Year, Generic, and F&I?
- How often do you need to update or change these document categories?
- Who in your organization would primarily manage these custom categories?

1) At this moment, I can only imagine the ongoing model years, F&I, and Generic. (For now, I'm going to use "Other" for our Generic forms. )
2) Updates would be annually at a minimum. There could be the occasional update throughout the year.
3) A manager or a designated Administrator should have access to customize and move files within the categories. They can email someone at DriveCentric to make changes if the authorized user can't manage it.
