"Do not contact" option for Genius

There are specific customers that we would like to have the ability to put a Genius/AIM DNC on for, so that we can individually stop outreach to those specific customers without fully removing their managed subscriptions across the board for our team.

Remove AI contact

There have been quite a few customers who have requested to have no AI contact. Even after you fire the genius it will still continue to auto send emails and texts which is highly annoying/alarming to the customers. Can we please add an "remove AI follow up" option to the manage subscriptions tool. It has ruined a few appointments/deals for us already because it is too much. We need a way to fix this ASAP

We have had customers who specifically do not want to talk to AI but the only way we're able to stop the AI from reaching out is by completely unsubscribing them which then stops our team from being able to text them. There should be an option to unsubscribe the customer just from AI interactions, no matter what status the deal is in (active, sold, dead, etc).

Thanks for sharing this, Morgan Luna — totally hear you on needing a way to opt a customer out of AI outreach without cutting off your team’s ability to text them. This is really helpful context, and I’m looping it into our review so we can look at an “AI-only unsubscribe” option that applies regardless of deal status. We’ll follow up if we need any additional details from your side.

Hey Kate Jordan, thanks for your feedback! I have a few more questions for you:
- What specific criteria should trigger the 'remove AI follow up' option for a customer?
- How would you like to be notified or confirm that the AI follow-up has been successfully removed for a customer?
- Are there specific types of communications (e.g., emails, texts) that should be excluded from AI follow-ups, or should all be removed?

Hey Shane Burtzlaff, thanks for your feedback! Following up on this:
- What specific criteria or attributes should trigger the 'Do not contact' status for a customer?
- How should the 'Do not contact' status be managed or updated over time?
- Are there any specific notifications or alerts needed when a customer is marked as 'Do not contact'?
