Good Morning, I would like to know how to put a customer on the DNC list. I'm the one that gets these requests and I would like access to do this. Please advise.

Yes, this would be to update my access to do it myself. I would need Admin access or whatever it takes for that. I'm the ComplyAuto Admin and am required to put customers on a DNC list and make sure their info is not being shared. This is a request they make and then I have to comply. Hope you can help

Ivica Zupic: Hi Ivica! Opt out is controlled through the call provider and then enforced in DriveCentric. We don't have direct control over opt out status.
The DNC list is also a feature that is controlled outside of DC. We are currently working on some enhancements to surface this data from third party data providers.
We do have a separate setting called 'unsubscribe' which serves a very similar purpose. You can access this on any customer by clicking on the three dots next to their name in the left info panel of the customer card and then clicking 'Manage Subscriptions'. There you can remove email, texting, marketing or any other communication type listed.
Hope this helps.

Thanks for reaching out, Ivica Zupic — totally understand why you’d want to be able to handle DNC requests directly. Just so we can point you in the right direction: are you looking to add someone to a Do Not Contact list for calls, texts, emails, or all of the above? And is the main need here learning the steps to add a customer yourself, or getting your user role updated so you have permission to manage DNC entries? Lastly, when a customer is marked DNC, should that automatically block future outreach across the system, or only certain communication types?
