Sorry you’re running into that, Elicia Lobato — I can imagine that’s really disruptive. To help us narrow this down, when the call drops does it happen right after you dial, only once the customer answers, or after it’s been connected for a bit? Is it happening on every outbound call or just certain numbers? And are you making these calls from the DriveCentric mobile app, from a desktop/browser, or via an integrated desk phone?
