Desk Phone Calls Doesn't work

outbound calls through desk doesn't work. IT verified its configured property. in advance, thanks for your help

i've been here 3 weeks. I think most of my peers always use their cell phones. If i call out with my cell its fine. I prefer to call out on desk. Since I've sat here its never worked

Fails to dial. Nothing happens on my desk phone

To help us narrow down what’s happening, when you place an outbound desk-phone call what do you see on your end (does it fail to dial, ring but not connect, connect with no audio, or end right away)? Also, is this impacting everyone/each desk at the dealership or only certain users/phones? And lastly, did outbound calling ever work previously — if so, about when did it stop (or was it after any recent change)?
