Description Categories When Setting Up Account.

I recently requested two additional categories under the description tab when setting up an account and it looks like someone added one additional category that includes both categories in the name (Fleet Service and Wholesale Parts). Is it possible to delete that one and create two separate categories to choose from? I would prefer one category labeled Parts and one category labeled Fleet. Thanks for all of your help.
