Defaulting the Customer Card to "Text" Tab

On a customer card, can the default setting be changed from "note" to "text?" Texts are much more important than notes, and it's getting frustrating.

I'd say that, out of every ten times I access a customer card, I use texting five times, email twice, leave a note twice, and place a phone call once. I would take a universal change, but, ideally, every user should be able to customize those settings. Just sayin'...

- Are there specific scenarios where having 'text' as the default would significantly improve your workflow?
- Would you like this change to be applied universally or would you prefer to have the option to set your own default?
