Default Text Response from Manager to Salesperson or BDC Impersonation

When a manager texts a lead, it needs to default from the primary sales person. We have 5 internet managers, so if they all respond and don't change to impersonate the salesperson, the lead gets 5 different texts from 5 different numbers with absolutely no continuity between them. This is a major problem that should have a very simple solution with minimal changes to the code and platform.
