Upper left speech bubble used to access all conversation, now I'm clicking all or unreplied, menu slides, etc. Not an upgrade, it slows work down.

Hello and thank you for the feedback! Conversations will remember your last state and take you to that inbox. Thanks again!

undo the dropdown menu for chat/text/email/note- extra clicks are not an upgrade, used to choose while navigating to the box, now extra clicks.

Hi Paul, thanks for the feedback! Would you prefer to default to "All" rather than "Unreplied"? What else are you finding with the new Conversations tool that is slowing you down?

Paul Garritano
Jacob Coleman Yeah, as a manager I need to see all, when there are unreplied I used to click them but when I hit the speech bubble it just showed all, now I have to use the collapsing menus to change to all, then if I want to see unreplied as they come I need to hit the bubble, change to unreplied and so on. Overall, the changes in conversation section are all bad and slow down uses. I understand wanting to update the product and it feeling fresh but this is really just annoying. Also, having to use a dropdown to choose notes/text/email is just extra steps. I had a separate post about that

Paul Garritano: Got it, thanks for clarifying!

We are looking at ways to improve this for faster switching, the problem was we are adding more methods of communication and having a hard time keeping the box consistent on all screen sizes

Hiya Paul Garritano, thanks for this post! I have a few more questions for you:
- Can you provide more details on how the previous navigation process worked and why it was more efficient for you?
- Are there specific tasks or actions that are now more time-consuming due to the dropdown menu?
- Would you prefer a different type of menu or just a return to the previous system?

Shelby Parker Sure. The previous navigation consisted of "note/text/email etc" above the text box, so the dropdown that is there now requires me to click the dropdown then choose which method, whereas before I could quickly click which method I needed as I moved my mouse to the text box. It's not the end of the world, but adding clicks and slowing down the function at all is annoying. I feel there was no need for the change. I'd be happy to see it revert to the previous system.
