Default Customer Contact Card to be Shown / On

It would be nice to have an option to have the Contact Card for the customer shown by default instead of having to click the little green arrow in a customer's profile to get it to expand. It is nice to be able to see all contact methods, all cars in their garage, etc. without having to go into the Credit App or individual tabs. Maybe this is a dealer option you can set to open or not so not everyone would have to do it if they didn't want to? I still think there's a lot of valuable detail there with the new design.

The little green box with info... It's always being used. We open it every time. Just make it defaulted open and close it if you want.

I agree with Ryan, it could also be a quick reminder if you're missing some of the key information as it would already be staring back at you.

Hey Ryan - we are in the process of reviewing some potential enhancements to the new Customer Contact Card, including defaulting it to enabled as well as adding back the best contact method. Once a direction is finalized on the default function I will update this post!

Hello Ryan Esler! I have a few more questions for you:
- Can you provide more details on how often you use the Contact Card feature in your daily operations?
- Are there specific pieces of information in the Contact Card that you find most valuable and would like to see immediately?
- Would you prefer the Contact Card to be expanded by default for all customers or only for certain types of customers?

Shelby Parker -
1) I use it daily. One use case is that often times I've found our sales professionals are not checking/double checking customer contact information. Over time multiple phone numbers and emails end up in someone's profile and that's a quick way to see them all and clean them up and/or attempt to use different methods instead of whatever the default email or phone number comes up as. I'll see where they try texting the first number that appears in the text option but don't look to see if there are more numbers. Having the card out would help them recognize there are other contact options.
2) The contact details (phone/email/address) and the Garage information about what they have in their home currently. This also is a quick way to toggle ownership (and the only way) - this is critical in markets where leasing is dominant so we can toggle them out of ownership if they are pulled ahead early for example.
3) It would be open on all customers.
