DealerVu DMS Integration

Hello, we are hoping you guys can help us get DriveCentric to communicate with our DMS which is DealerVu. This will allow us to push deals to the DMS and utilize more tools with Drive. We now have 3 stores using DriveCentric and hope this is something you guys can make happen.

This is a feature we had with our previous CRM that we would love to have again. It allowed us to seamlessly and quickly manage our inventory in the CRM since it mirrored our DMS and created a much more user friendly sales workflow for our salesmen and sales manager thanks to the ability to be able to push customer information/deals from our CRM directly to DealerVu. It was very useful at RV Shows, Open Houses and day to day sales.

Hi Mick Meyer — thanks for reaching out with this. Totally hear you on how valuable a DealerVu DMS integration would be, especially with multiple stores on DriveCentric. To make sure we’re scoping the right thing, could you share a bit more on: what the most important outcomes are (e.g., pushing finalized deals vs. sending customer/vehicle data, inventory sync, service/RO info, etc.), which specific DriveCentric workflows are getting stuck today and what “success” would look like once it’s connected, and whether this is needed across all 3 stores (and if they’re all using DealerVu the same way or if processes/modules differ by location)?

Shelby Parker With our previous CRM, the DMS integration allowed a salesperson to enter customer information and the unit directly from the lot and push it to the DMS. As a sales manager, I could then open a deal that was already structured with the customer details in place, which made the process much faster. Currently, we have to enter everything manually, and when things are busy, that extra time really adds up. It is also nice to prepare to do numbers before the customer even sits down.
It would also be nice to have inventory feed straight from the DMS. Unfortunately we do not feel the inventory from the website is working well. It appears to be delayed at times and doesn't mark things sold consistently.
I can't speak for Midwest RV, but Apache Village RV would want it set up the same way. We are not yet interested in service/RO info.
