DealerTrack: Pull Service Contract/Warranty information into Delivered Deal info

When Deliveries are pushed from DealerTrack to DriveCentric, it would be beneficial for our team if the Delivered Deal reflected their Warranty and Service Contract information. Ideally, we would also like to know if a Service Contract was not purchased, in order to drill down on those customers.

Trevor Newman, can you change the "Dealer Track" to "Dealer Built?" Dealer built is our DMS, and the API already exists between Dealer Built and Drive centric to pull the payment, term, amt. financed, and interest rate fields over to be stored in the "deals" section of customer profile. I simply want to add the extended warranty detail to that API

Great to hear your perspective, Chris Blair! Following up on this:
- What specific details from the Warranty and Service Contract information are most critical for your team to see in the Delivered Deal?
- How frequently do you need this information updated or synced between DealerTrack and DriveCentric?
- Are there any specific scenarios or conditions under which the absence of a Service Contract should trigger a follow-up action?

- I'd like to see if they bought an extended warranty/service contract (or not). And if so the type of extended warranty
- The API between Dealer Built (our DMS) and Drive Centric already exists. I would just want these new fields to be a part of the API at whatever frequency it currently updates/syncs.
- If the customer did NOT purchase an extended warranty/service contract, we'll be following them up in our call center to attempt to sell them one. In addition we'll be following up customers who's warranties are expiring.
