Dealer Socket to Drive Centric

When we switched over to DC, why in the world would your system set up Buyer and Co-Buyer as 2 different entities? Makes no sense at all. Also, all of us here are having to go "claim" our own sold customers that somehow were put in someone elses name or no name at all. I will also add you can't even push a deal from the app. Also, makes no sense.

Appreciate you calling this out, Jeff Brockinton — I hear you, and I can see how that would be really frustrating during a switch. To make sure we’re digging into the right fixes, can I ask a couple quick clarifiers? For the Buyer/Co-Buyer coming over as two separate entities, what’s the main workflow pain it creates for you day-to-day (e.g., split communication history, reporting, follow-ups/householding)? On the sold customers you’re having to “claim,” what’s the expected/ideal assignment when those records are created or migrated (salesperson on the deal, the user who entered it, a default owner, etc.)? And on not being able to push a deal from the app — what are you trying to do from mobile specifically (submit into DriveCentric, send to another system, move stages), and what happens when you attempt it?
