Deal Pinned Notes vs. Customer Pinned Notes

We think it would be a great idea to be able to have different sections of pinned notes for the deal versus the customer. For example, notes about this specific vehicle search like "only wants blue" would disappear once the deal is delivered if it was under "Deal Pinned Notes", but if you put a note like "Married to the boss" under the "Customer Pinned Notes", they would always stay there. I know this is similar the the "Customer Card Notes", but those are not always visible and easily forgotten.

1) Deal: simple enough; anything that has to do with the specific search on that vehicle for this deal that the notes would be on (color preference, budget, etc.).
Customer: again, simple enough; notes that would be the same as customer card notes like married to the owner, went through chemo, do not merge with duplicate of so and so, etc.
2) I do not use customer card notes bc I forget about them all the time. I just pin what I need.
3) Not sure what you mean by that. If this idea was implemented, customer pinned notes would be something that stayed pinned on the customer file at all times like the ones now. The Deal pinned notes would ideally disappear when that deal was either delivered or killed.

Hey Chelsie, thanks for your feedback! I have a few more questions for you:
- Can you provide more examples of the types of notes you would categorize under 'Deal Pinned Notes' versus 'Customer Pinned Notes'?
- How often do you find yourself needing to refer back to 'Customer Card Notes' that have been forgotten or overlooked?
- Would you find it useful to have an alert or reminder system for certain 'Customer Pinned Notes'?
