Deal number on Desk worksheet print out.

Deal number on Desk worksheet print out under the customer details. its sometimes annoying to print out the desk sheet and then have to hand write the deal number on the paper. also when working n the desk paper with a manager sometime salesman have to go back to their desks to get the deal number.
