WITH THE NEW UPDATE IT SHOWS THERE IS A SAVE BUTTON THAT IS NOT FUCTIONAL, IF YOU COULD MAKE THAT A FUCTIONAL ASPECT OF THE DEAL DOC FORMS FOR THE DEAL JACKET LEASE AND BUY FUNCTION.

Appreciate you calling this out, Donald Hintz — totally get how confusing it is to see a Save button that doesn’t actually do anything. To help us understand what “Save” should mean in your Deal Jacket workflow: are you trying to save edits to the lease/buy deal doc form fields, uploaded documents, or something else? And when you click Save today, what do you see happen on your end (nothing at all, changes disappear when you navigate away, any message)? Lastly, when you save, should those updates apply right away for anyone viewing the deal jacket, or only after a later step like submitting/printing the forms?

I tested it out when I was building a delivery into that form. pressed the save button said it saved it. but when I closed it out and trying to bring it back up it was all gone. all the text I put in. Would like to see really just this form for both lease and purchase is to be saved and be able to pull back up at any time. understand if its only for 72 hours. but as we are moving along with the sales process, we get a customer and have to come back to this form to finish. but if it is closed out on accident or we get timed out, we lose any progress. if it could be saved in the system for us to pull up would greatly help with time. plus, deals are organic and things can change and when we have to redo this form cause of a change, we have to start it over. So to answer what it means to save to me is able to pull it back up at a later time. hopefully this helps.
