Currently if we have a customer that is 30 days old and the customer submits a new lead there's no way to get updated activities in your workplan. The system still assigns 30 day old customer follow-up so my team is forced to dead and re-open the file. The only exception to that rule is if the customer was previously not engaged. It would be nice to have a way to update the follow-up activity like I could in VIN solutions.
