Can you add "Out of the Market" and "Lost Lead" as an option?

Thanks for posting this, Vicki Phang — really helpful suggestion. Quick clarifying questions so we can make sure we’re designing it the way you need: where should “Out of the Market” and “Lost Lead” show up (deal status, lead status, or another field on the customer profile)? How do those two labels differ in meaning for your team’s workflow? And once something is marked that way, what behavior are you expecting on your end (e.g., stop follow-ups, exclude from reporting, or just keep it as a reference label)?

Shelby Parker I would like this to be in the customer's profile. When we are closing out their profile because they are out of the market or it's a lost lead, we click on "dead" and then it prompts up to click a reason why. I would like "out of the market", and "lost lead" to be part of the options.
