We are looking for a way to edit/reorder the steps in the Road to the Sale for an active customer. The current steps are not a "one size fits all" and each dealer may have different processes and workflows that they follow, respectively

Shelby Parker Current steps are attached below: We would like to add a second TO that is a part of our process, for example. That, others, and just a general reordering of the roadmap steps better aligns with our store's process. As such, we would like to amend the current steps to be reflective and accountable for us.

In the customer profile, under the roadmap, we would like to add an option for appraisal. That would allow us to track what % of our visits have a trade to be looked at and would allow us to get a grip on all the ways we can follow up with the customer with regard to negotiation.

On the customer card Roadmap. We would like to be able to rename the steps for example Instead of credit check we would call it write up instead of service walk we want to call it Sit Down

Demo we would rename Tour/Demo
Service Walk we would rename Sit Down
Credit Check we would rename Write Up

I would like the ability to change and customize our option for roadmaps due to different processes for each of our stores

we have a manger to in the first 5 minutes and then a manger presents number we want two separate boxes for those. also adding a button that would allow us to say if the customer was really in store or was it a deal being worked over the phone.
