We need more than "Home, Mobile, and Work" when managing multiple contacts under a single profile. Please let us add a custom label under PHONE TYPE, like "Tammy the CFO" or "Tim the Driver".

At this time the text messages default sending to the home phone number. It would be great if it could default to the mobile phone number as standard. This will solve the issue of having to switch it over every time we send a text. Thank you!

How often do you find yourself needing to switch the default number to mobile when sending texts?
Are there any specific scenarios where sending texts to the home phone number is preferred?
Would you like the option to set a default number preference for each contact individually?

We always send texts to the mobile number.
The only time we will be texting the home number is if it is a secondary mobile number.
You could set the default number to mobile for all of our customers across the board.

Label the phone number in the profiles if they belong to people other than the one purhcasing. Have a separate section in the profile for co signers and other family memgers sharing or driving the car.

We should be able to label different phone numbers with different names if there are multiple phone numbers so we know if we are calling the husband or the wife for example.

Could you provide more examples of the labels you would like to use for different phone numbers?
Would you like the ability to create custom labels or should there be a predefined list of labels to choose from?
Should these labels be visible to all users or only to the one who created them?

Shelby Parker I would like the ability to create custom labels for each phone number on the customer profile. I think this should be visible to all users in case that client advisor leaves and someone else has to pick up where they left off they will know which phone number belongs to who.
