Customize drop down of available fields

Currently, the default field options appear to be designed specifically for vehicles and do not align with our business needs as a motorcycle dealership.

We would like these fields to be customizable as it would save a considerable amount of time for my team - Not to mention help with consistency for pulling these fields later in the data mining.

Thanks for flagging this, Billy Davis — totally hear you on how much time and consistency you’d gain if those field dropdowns matched a motorcycle dealership workflow. Quick clarifiers so we can scope this correctly: which dropdown(s) are you seeing this in (lead/customer records, inventory/vehicle records, reporting filters, or somewhere else)? And could you share a couple examples of the current vehicle-focused options that don’t fit, along with what you’d want to see instead for motorcycles? Lastly, should this be a dealership-specific customization, and do you want it to carry through everywhere those fields show up (data entry screens + reporting/data mining)?

Shelby Parker Billy Davis Hey Shelby, I've attached a screenshot of the Wish List screen that prompted this ticket. With inventory levels suppressed this year, wish list items are going to be a high priority for us to track effectively so when we get something new in we can run a report and find all the people looking for it. This would be for all stores, not just Austin. Let me know what you need from us, if you need a full Make/Model/Color/Trim list. I don't know that those are readily available across all years but we can start with 2026 pretty quickly and grow from there if necessary.
