The ability to customize our contact card. Not every store has call tracking- meaning sending the contact card with the drive centric phone number does no good if the customer calls it! The point of it is so that the customer has a number to save in their phone to save to have direct contact to THEIR salesperson/consultant/manager/advisor, etc. This is a GREAT retention tool IF we can use it correctly.
