Adding "Confirmed Appt" and "Canceled Appt" to "Select an Outcome" drop down. When selected appt is confirmed or cancelled when selecting outcome.

Is there a way to just make this customizable to each dealership? Instead of just adding what each dealership deems necessary for their business. I would like there to be an indication of the call being made TO or FROM a customer. Phone conversation means nothing without knowing if then called in or we initiated the call.

can you add No voicemail setup so when we call its not just we didn't leave vm and they ask why didnt you and we have to always add the note No voicemail left due to no voicemail setup

- Can you provide more details on the current process of confirming appointments?
- What specific features would you like to see in the call result menu for appointment confirmations?
- How often do you need to confirm appointments and how does this feature improve your workflow?

Currently, we use "click to call" when reaching out to customers. I can initiate the call from the Appt log. When the call is over, I am prompted to log the call and the result (left voice mail, spoke with customer, etc). I then have to go to another screen to confirm the appt. If, in the drop down menu for call result, it let me confirm the appointment, it would save several steps. We call and confirm appointments multiple times throughout the day.
