I believe a report or tracking system to view all notes added to a customers profile would be beneficial.

- I would like to be able to go back and see notes I have left for a customer. Tracking ever note we put into the system would be beneficial for follow up.
- Daily reporting on the notes we put in would be great for us to go back through out the day and reach back out to customers that we put notes in for the sales team to handle. We can also hold everyone accountable for customers after we have put a note in the system.
- Filters for sales rep/ department, Date, and Sources Listed for the customer would be great.
