Customer Opting OUT of text

We are having too many occasions where a customer send a "STOP" to texting, the genius will respond but the notification is still in the "unreplied" bucket. Then we have to ignore the conversation showing that we fumbled the lead. If the Genius already responded, why doesn't the message clear up similar to the rest of the leads?

In a similar, but different issue, when genius sends a Happy Birthday or Anniversary text or email, it should show that it is coming from the sales consultant's name, not the name of the AI person. I get past sold clients who text "STOP" because they see a message that is coming from someone OTHER than who sold them the car.
