When a customer submits a lead and has multiple phone numbers, the CRM should use the most recently added phone number at the top of the customer card.
Suggested enhancements:
• Use Most Recent Lead Number First – Default the phone number provided on the most recent internet lead to the top.
• Ability to Reorder Numbers – Allow users to manually drag/reorder phone numbers w/in Credit App
• Mark Primary Number – Add the option to set a number as the designated “primary” so it’s always displayed first.
