Sending the credit app is a great option. However, we have to remove the option since the customer is customer submitting SSN and PII without consent check mark with disclaimer to allow us to submit the credit. Even though the application is not auto-submitted, the option to immediately send to RouteOne or Dealertrack is still available.... still without consent.

Seems like an obvious addition considering how streamlined the rest of the system is. Leaving DriveCentric to send a customer a form that can be signed feels like a bump on the road.

In order to make sure we have permission to pull a customer's credit and that we are legally compliant, I would like to see a mandatory signature when the customer is submitting their credit application over to us using the new Portal/Credit app.

Shelby Parker We want to make sure that we're legally compliant when obtaining credit information from a customer so anytime a customer submits a credit app through the portal, we'd like to see a signature and date. It can be electronic, but should be something we can review if needed.

This is a definite need because our group will not pull credit applications unless we have an e-signature. We currently have to use an outside source but would be great if we could get an e-signature through the CRM

This is a major need! Our group is currenty creating a process that will require users to go outside of DriveCentric to collect credit information to ensure that we are getting consent and remain compliant when collecting this information. Our preference is to complete EVERYTHING in DriveCentric whenever possible for accuracy and simplicity.

Agreed, this is much needed to streamline the sales process. Customers should be able to provide us an e-signature on the credit application to authorize application submission, payoff access, and to pull credit.
