Custom Vehicle Dropdowns

When a sales consultant manually enters a new vehicle, they should have access to the same dropdown options available in the desking module. Currently, when a manually entered vehicle is opened in desking and switched to 'auto,' all previously entered information is cleared. Introducing this functionality would provide a seamless transition for desking deals, improving efficiency and user experience.

2.Desking manager runs into this issue when switching to auto in desking
3.Sales consultant is selling a vehicle that is not in stock, so they manually enter the vehicle (without dropdown).
Once vehicle is enterered the desking manager opens up the customer in desking and the first thing that opens up is the option to desk deal in auto.
we desk all our new cars in Auto and when steiching to the ..... Year, Make Model, trim that the sales consultant entered in now cleared. desking manager now has to open a different window and go the customer card to see the exact model, trim that the sales consultant entered. then go back to desking and select the appropiate dropdown.....see attached
if on the sales consultant side they have the same drop down as desking, the desking manager can just click auto and desk the deal as normal.

this needs to stream line the process tp make life easier. I think in this current gen software . It should be easy enough to fix this.
