I would love the option to re arrange the drop down for email templates. So the ones I use most are at the top!

Annali Valentin You can “star” ⭐️ your favorite templates and save them to a favorites folder :)

super annoying - i wish when going into edit the templates they were organized alphabetically instead of scattered around now which changed with the newest update

- Can you provide a list of the email templates you use most frequently?
- How often do you find yourself needing to rearrange the templates?
- Would you prefer a manual rearrangement option or an automatic one based on frequency of use?

Shelby Parker I use the GSM intro, long term follow up 2,3,4. I would only need to arrange it the one time :)
