Make online apps go to a current customer profile vs creating a whole new lead. You can realistically do this by allowing us to generate a unique link to our online app page from that specific customer card. This will allow the originating salesperson to retain control of the customer experience and lead to less customer confusion when submitting applications and more sales as well. It will lead to a reduction of wasted time clarifying who the follow up belongs to... every time an app is submitted.
