CTA Tasks for incoming leads.

Hello Team, looking at customer "Sandy Lake" as an example. This lead came in at 8:27 PM on 10/7/26, which is after-hours, and to be handled the next day in the morning(Today - 10/8.) Day 1 tasks were all performed by Evan Pomales. However there's now also a Day 2 CTA Email task assigned for today. I understand the lead came in on Wednesday, which is "Day 1" per the calendar, however being that it's an after-hours lead and to be handled the following morning, the system should have ALL Day 1 tasks for Thursday, as it's technically Day 1, as far as tasks are concerned. Day 2 tasks should pop on Friday. It does not make sense to send a Day 1 email and day 2 email in the same day. I hope what I'm saying makes sense. I need this tweaked so that tasks fire up as planned, as per the lead CTA task schedules. Please contact me directly with any questions. I look forward to hearing back from you and getting a resolution to this as quickly as possible. Please keep me posted. Thank you in advance for your time and attention to this matter.

Thanks for laying this out so clearly, Amir Lak — I totally understand the urgency here, and you’re right that sending a Day 1 and Day 2 CTA email on the same day would be a pretty confusing experience. We’re going to dig into how after-hours leads are being counted against the Day 1/Day 2 schedule (using the Sandy Lake example) and see what needs to be adjusted so tasks fire on the intended days. If you’re able to share a screenshot of the task timeline for that lead (or the exact lead ID), that would help us reproduce it faster. We’ll keep you posted as we learn more.
