CRM Activity Tracking

As a manager, I impersonate users often to help with follow ups and customer communication. The issue I'm running into is that when I do this, my activity isn't being tracked under my name, and is logging under the user I'm impersonating.
This makes it hard for me to keep track of my own activity and reporting. Is there a way for the CRM to record these actions under my name while still allowing me to impersonate?

Great to hear your perspective, Nancy Rodriguez! I have a few more questions for you:
- What specific activities do you need to track under your name when impersonating another user?
- How frequently do you use the impersonation feature for follow-ups and customer communication?
- Are there any specific reports or metrics that are affected by the current tracking method?
