Create the ability to customize phone categories

It would be useful to be able to label phones with custom categories beyond "Home," "Mobile," "Personal," and "Work."

Being able to add custom phone categories beyond Home/Mobile/Personal/Work makes a lot of sense, and I can see how it’d make things feel more flexible.
