Create the ability to customize phone categories

It would be useful to be able to label phones with custom categories beyond "Home," "Mobile," "Personal," and "Work."

Thanks for raising this, Adam Miller — totally see how custom phone categories would make things a lot more flexible. To make sure we’re scoping it the right way, where in DriveCentric would you want those labels to show up (e.g., contact/customer record, lead forms, reporting/exports)? And what’s the main outcome you’re aiming for — cleaner internal organization, different outreach workflows, reporting/segmentation, or something else? Lastly, should these categories be standardized for the whole dealership/team, or configurable per user?
