Create option to only see your own customer's unreplied messages

For users who have "store" settings, it would be extremely helpful to have the option to only see their own unreplied messages. We have almost 15 users who see all 40 employees' unreplied messages, and they get lost in the mix, slowing down response times. Maybe a toggle to show only your own replied messages as an option. This would help a lot!
