DriveCentric does not update their gross profit for their deals once a deal is F12'd in reynolds. It takes a snapshot in time then never updates if any adjustments are made to the deal once it hits accounting. Chargebacks, Holdback, and any other adjustments are all missing from your Gross Profit number.

You need to pull the GP data in real time and adjust if the deal is adjusted. Not doing so make any report that has Front or Back Gross in it inaccurate and unusable.
