Just to be able to differentiate.
- Blue for email would be great.
- It's already beige for text, but yellow or some other less subtle color could work to make texts more visible, and It would be great if it carried through the communication history so it's obvious upon review. Texts and emails initiated by the genius should have their own color - maybe that blander beige.
- A number of times I thought I was replying to an email, but it turned into a note. Other times I thought I was taking a note, but it got sent as an email. Sometimes my explanations aren't all that flattering, and I'd not want the customer to see.

Great to hear your perspective, David Freedman! I have a few more questions for you:
- What specific colors do you suggest for each type of communication (note, text, email, etc.)?
- Are there any accessibility concerns we should consider with the color choices?
- How does the current design impact your workflow or user experience?
