Consolidated Engagement Count for Customers

Having the engagement counter for text, email, phone calls, and videos for each stage of the pipeline is great, but it would be nice to have a full, consolidated count of ALL engagement that a user has sent to a customer, regardless of the stage that they are in on the pipeline.

Drew Cusumano, can we get more information for what you'd like to see? Where would you like to see these counters? Are you looking for it on the Customer Card or on a certain screen?

From user feedback - Would like to have a total counter of all engagement, regardless of the stage of the pipeline, on the customer card so that users can know how much activity in total has happened on a customer.

- How frequently do you need the consolidated engagement count updated?
- Would you like the consolidated engagement count to be visible in the same view as the individual stage counts, or in a separate view?
- Are there any specific metrics or types of engagement that should be excluded from the consolidated count?
