I like the efficiency. It would help me keep things organized and up to date.

Also, if the co buyer already has an account, connect the existing info as well such as my garage. But the co buyer info such as address phone and email should populate from that specific deal since it would be the most up to date.

I would say auto connect then when the deal is marked sold or delivered in Drive. Connect the Accounts as they are, in that specific deal. Since you have no way of knowing the relationship, leave it up to us to put spouse, or parent or whatever category needs put in. If you connect them based on the deal info, all of their info should be connected accurately including phone numbers, emails and addresses

Thanks for raising this, Trent Buhl — totally get the need to keep the co-buyer in sync with the primary in Connections. To make sure we’re aligning on the right behavior: what should actually trigger the auto-update (e.g., primary buyer info changes, a deal is created/updated, or when a co-buyer is added)? Which fields are you expecting to stay synced (address, phone/email, comms preferences, relationship/link status, etc.)? And if the co-buyer’s details don’t match the primary’s, should we overwrite the co-buyer, keep them separate, or surface a prompt/flag for the mismatch?

I would like the system, when there is more than one party on the deal, to automatically create a connection to each other in the connections section of the account please.
