Condense Call Log

We'd like the Call Log to be condensed so that when a customer calls in, it only lists their name once. Instead of listing their name multiple times if they call in, could a functionality be added where there is a drop-down next to their name so you can click that drop-down to see all of their calls?

I can definitely see how condensing the Call Log (showing the customer once with a drop-down to expand their individual calls) would make things a lot cleaner.
