So, for composing an email, the bullet point and list options DON'T work. If we could get that operational, that would be awesome, as sometimes it is helpful to have stuff listed out for customers, especially when we are going over a lot of information via email.

Appreciate you flagging this, Rickey Swenson — totally hear you on how important lists are when you’re trying to lay out a lot of info clearly for customers. To help us narrow down what’s going on, when you click bullets/numbered lists in the email composer, what do you actually see happen (nothing changes, it looks right but then disappears after sending, or it shows in the editor but not for the recipient)? Also, is it happening every time you compose an email, or only in certain cases (specific templates/email types, or replying/forwarding vs starting fresh)? And just to confirm, is the bigger pain point the formatting while you’re writing, the formatting the recipient receives, or both?
