Yes this is a very silly thing. We will have a customer checked in and will have them in front of us doing an online app and it will create a new lead and we have to log a fake phone call to get it off the new lead list. Should come in as a duplicate and not attach to the new lead list when checked in to the store.

The managers need a button for this and similar instances - that was what I just suggested.

You can just clear the lead by logging a call manually, I use "other result" when doing this and note that I'm clearing the lead in the call note
