We need a "comment" section on our 9 square so that we can write down stips needed for deal.

Thanks for raising this, Ed Miramontes — totally get why having a dedicated spot for deal “stips” on the 9 square would make things smoother. To make sure we’re designing it in the right place: where in your workflow are you using the 9 square, and at what point do you need to add the comments (while presenting payment options, right before submitting the deal, etc.)? Also, who needs to be able to see/use those notes (just the rep creating it, the broader team/managers, or the customer)? And lastly, what types of “stips” are you trying to capture there, and what’s the main goal—making sure nothing gets missed, standardizing notes, communicating conditions, or something else?

Shelby Parker The note section would be great from start to end incase we need to add a side note, everyone in the store should see incase someone else needs to jump on the deal.
the stips are normally proof of income, residence, phone. those are the ones that are asked for the most.
