Quick clarifying questions so we scope this the right way: when you say “each customer has their own form,” who exactly is the customer in your setup (e.g., a rooftop/dealership, an individual salesperson, or one of your clients), and who would actually be filling out the form at the event? Also, what are the must-have fields you need to collect, and from the user’s perspective what should happen right after someone submits the form? Lastly, when you mention following up “with Genius,” what’s the expected outcome on your end—automated outreach, creating tasks, routing the lead to the right person, or something else alongside manual follow-up?

Shelby Parker so sorry. I meant that each sales person would have a unique form link that automatically assigns the lead to that sales person once the information is collected and enters the CRM.

Then we can add it to their business card into promotional materials so that they are incentivize to collect as many leads for their own pipeline as possible
