Collapse Leads in Customer Card

It would be great if we could have the leads come in collapsed to start and we can open them up when needing to look at them so that it does not take forever to scroll through to see the conversations happening. Please see Customer Robert Turner at my CDJR location for an example.

Good morning Brittany Ouellette! Just jumping in here, you can click on the top right of the customer card to see a consolidated list of leads that come in. From here you can click a lead to review it. Let us know if you have any additional questions here!

Jonathan Schultz thank you, but that's not what I am asking for - scroll through his customer until you see the first conversation. I am asking to hide those and let me work off that consolidated list.
